| | I took time off 🧳I like to think I don’t take time off too often, but my wife might have a different view and say I don’t seem to be doing much work! 😬 Believe who you will, but this month we went to Prague. City breaks are great for escaping the day-to-day, exploring, savouring coffee while people-watching, and taking photographs. Yes, I took a camera and also had a board meeting, so this probably didn’t count as a break 🤣. But exciting new things were thought up on this break and all will be revealed another month (sorry, not sorry) but I can show you the photos which I took whilst away and if you ever get the chance to visit the city - I don’t mean for a stag do, then you won’t be disappointed (well, you probably wouldn’t be disappinted on the stag do part either 😜) | | | |

| | | | A few days of filming with Wickens Engineering in WorcesterWickens has been in operation for 50 years and is an expert in Cantilever Racking, Rack Clad Buildings, and Mezzanine Floors. It was an absolute pleasure to witness the entire process and follow every step of the creation through their factory. In a few weeks, we’ll also be on location to observe the installation and training, and complete the final part of the video. The First Stages of a Video Shoot We began by understanding the intended purpose of the video and then determining the message we needed to convey. Once the idea was signed off, a shot list was created and filming was organised. Every part of the process was captured, including a few extras that looked interesting on the day, which were not on the shot list. We always like to get a few extras, just in case they will help tell the story of the video or even serve as extra footage later on for social media. Whilst we are filming, everything is ticked off on the shot list to make sure nothing is missing; no one has time for reshoots due to being unorganised. The next part of the process will be next month. | | | |

| | | | Behind The ScenesJust a few photos from on location so that you can have a peep into my world. | | | |
| | Checking everything was right in the camera, yes, no post-processing was done here; everything was created in the scene. | | | |
| | Appearing in Professional Photographer magazine with my take on blogs and offering my two cents. Oh, and a few photos to go with it 😜 | | | |
| | Calibrating the lenses, as with time, parts wear, and the original factory setting, is no longer accurate. Luckily, they thought about this and provided a way to correct it. | | | |
